Refund Policy

At CheapVHR, we are committed to providing reliable and fast vehicle history reports to our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds for Delivered Reports

Once a report is successfully delivered to the customer, the transaction is considered final. We do not offer refunds for reports that have been properly generated and delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund only if a single report fails to be delivered due to a system error or technical malfunction on our end. If this occurs, you must notify us within 7 days of the failed delivery by contacting us at support@cheapvhr.com. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund if deemed appropriate.

3. Non-Refundable Packages

All report packages (multiple reports purchased at a discounted rate) are non-refundable, regardless of usage or delivery status. We encourage customers to purchase packages only if they are certain of future use.

4. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity.

5. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date updated accordingly.
